My work combines user-centred design, strategic thinking, and lean product delivery, underpinned by a few core principles:

• Lean - prototype quickly, validate early, and iterate based on real user behaviour
• Accessible - design products that work for as many people as possible, not just the average user
• Strategic - explore dependencies, risks, and ecosystem impacts rather than designing in isolation
• Realistic - ground designs in technical and organisational reality through close collaboration with engineers
• Creative - challenge the status quo and reframe problems to uncover better solutions
